Adam Brachle has had a love of all things related to motor sports since childhood. Growing up as the son of an airline pilot, he learned to fly airplanes at the early age of 5 and became a licensed pilot at age 18. His father (who is also a trained mechanic) taught Adam more than just the basics when it comes to auto maintenance, but instilled in him enough knowledge to allow Adam to become a fleet mechanic later in life.
Adam received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Leadership from Crown College in 2005.
Since 2007, while serving as a lay leader in his church, Adam also served a youth missions organization as their fleet manager/mechanic. In 2008, Adam began to feel stirrings to start a ministry to teach students skills that would be beneficial in life and reach them with the Gospel at the same time. After several years of research, strategic thinking, prayer and counsel, Youth Impact Racing was born in the fall of 2013. Click here to learn more about Adam’s vision for and the birth of YIR.
Adam has been married to his lovely wife, Heidi, for 10 years. They have four wonderful kids, Novia (8), Audrianna (5), Colt (4) and Wyatt (born Nov. 2015) and reside in Minneapolis, MN.
